How do I search for items on the N&J Online Store?

To shop at N&J Online Store start from the Home Page and choose the product you need. The next time you return to the N&J Online Store, you will go immediately to the section you selected. From there, there are different ways to shop:

To shop by category, follow the link to Apparel or Accessories and select one of the available choices from these menus. You can then refine your search by selecting the size, the color, the material, or the style or simply browse the Collection by scrolling through the products.

To view some of our specials please click on to Product Red.
 
If you know exactly what you are looking for, simply type your query in the Text Search box, using one or more terms related to the items you want (ex. "Jewellery"). You can search by typing in the product, size, color, or even a combination of these criteria

In specific periods of the season, you can also find a Sale Area dedicated to products on sale.

How do I purchase a product?

Each product has a detailed presentation page, containing pictures and a brief description. Once you have chosen the item you wish to purchase, please select color and size and click on Add to Shopping Bag. From this moment, the item will be saved in your Shopping Bag, which can be accessed through a link in the top right hand side of every page. By clicking on Shopping Bag, the product will be added to the cart and you can decide to either complete your purchase immediately (by clicking on View Shopping Bag) or continue shopping.

If you click on View Shopping Bag, you will be taken to the checkout process area. You do not need to register to complete your purchase, however registered users can take advantage of a faster purchase procedure. If you wish, you may register now.

On the first page of the Shopping Bag, you can select the shipping method of your choice between Standard and Expedited. When you click on Proceed with your order, you will be taken to the Shipping Address Page, where you can enter the address to which you want your order to be delivered. If you are registered with the N&J Online Store, you can recall your personal information directly from My Account through this page. By clicking once more on Proceed with your order, you will advance to the Payment Page. When you proceed to conclude your order, in the Detail Confirmation Page, all the information will be sent to the N&J Online Store and you will receive confirmation of the successful completion of your order.

What is a Promotional Code?

It is a personal code, issued on special occasions, which allows you to take advantage of exclusive promotions on services and products offered by the N&J Online Store.

The Promotional Code box is displayed on the first page of the Shopping Bag. After you have added your items to the Shopping Bag, enter your code and click Apply to obtain your new total.

Is it possible to ship worldwide?

We are currently shipping to Australia and New Zealand only. If you are interested in shipping to other countries, we invite you to click on the link Other Countries at the bottom of the Home Page. Fill in the form and we will contact you when the N&J Online Store is available in your country.

Please remember that, if you enter a non Australian or New Zealand shipping address, your order will be automatically cancelled.

When is the order process complete?

The checkout process ends when you are assigned an Order Number. This number will be assigned after the N&J Online Store has verified that the information you submitted when ordering is correct. You will then receive an Order Confirmation e-mail, containing the details of your purchase.

How can I check the status of my order once the checkout process is complete?

Visit the Help Area, select Order Status, enter your Order Number in the box and click SEND to view the status of your order.

Registered users may check the status of their orders also in My Account.

Payments

Which payment methods are available?

You may pay through credit card. The N&J (Aus) Pty Ltd Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How can I be sure that my card details are secure?

The N&J (Aus) Pty Ltd Online Store ensures the safety of all your personal information: each credit card transaction is subject to the maximum security standards, thanks to the use of the most technologically advanced codification system (SSL) that protects your credit card information. You can also count on the Verisign certificate, which guarantees the reliability of the N&J (Aus) Pty Ltd Online Store.

What is the CVV/CID/CVC?

The Card Verification Value or Code (CVV or CVC) or the Card Identification Code (CID) is a security feature for credit or debit card transactions, giving increased protection against credit card fraud. The number is generated when the card is issued, by encrypting the card number and expiry date under a key known only to the issuing bank. Supplying this code in a transaction is intended to verify that the customer has the card in their physical possession.

For MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards, this is a 3-digit code printed on the credit card and it appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel on the back of the credit card.

For American Express cards, it is a 4-digit code printed on the front side of the card above the number. It is printed flat, not embossed like the card number.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your package is dispatched from the N&J (Aus) Pty Ltd warehouse. You will only be charged for what has actually been shipped.

Do I pay GST on my order?

GST is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Australian GST Regulations.

An estimation of the tax charges is indicated according to the State of the shipping address in the Payment Page of the Shopping Bag.

Appropriate tax charges will be calculated automatically after validation of your order according to the Post Code of the shipping address. The final amount will be equal or less than the estimated GST and will be communicated in the invoice you receive with the Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. During checkout, you will be asked to provide billing information. You will then be sent an e-mail containing the invoice for your order when the shipping process begins.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Once you receive the Order Confirmation e-mail, shipping times depend on the shipping method selected when placing your order (Standard or Expedited).

If you place an order by noon EST, the N&J Online Store guarantees delivery with Expedited Shipping within 2 working days.

During public holidays, orders are not shipped nor delivered.

How can I check the status of my order?

Visit the Help Area and click on Order Status. Enter your Order Number in the box and click SEND to view the status of your order.

Registered users can also check the progress of their orders in My Account.

What is a Tracking Number?

It is a reference number that the FedEx courier associates with every shipment. You will find this number in the Order Confirmation e-mail. Always use it if you want to contact FedEx directly or to track your order.

What happens if there is no one there to accept the delivery?

The FEDEX service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours, and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time with a telephone number where you can contact FEDEX. After the third failed attempt, FEDEX will return the package to the N&J warehouse. The N&J Online Store may e-mail you for new delivery instructions.

We highly recommend that you provide a shipping address where you can easily be found. You can provide a business address, indicating name/company/business/office and, if necessary the number or name on the doorbell, internal number, if there is a doorman service or other information.

Returns and Refunds

How can I return a product?

The N&J Online Store wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item * you may return it for a refund within twenty days (20) from the delivery day.

*Swimwear and Lingerie cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Please ensure you have complied with the following Return Policy:
To initiate a return, we need you to complete the online Return Form (http://www.www.nnj.com.au/help/help_return_form.asp?tskay=3FD17CD7)
and submit it to the N&J Online Store within 20 days from the date you received your package. By completing the Return Form, you will obtain a Return Number.

The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and repacked in its original packaging. To ship your return, we strongly encourage use of our pre-printed adhesive label (at no additional charge). The grace period for returning items is 20 days from the date the package was delivered to you.

If the required conditions are complied with, the N&J Online Store will refund the entire cost of items, less a processing fee of $5 for each returned order. The original shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

Please note that, during Sale periods, the N&J Online Store may designate on the website other non-returnable products. Any such designation will be clearly noted on the Product Page of the items which cannot be returned.

Products also may be returned to any other N&J store. If you choose this option, we invite you to fill in the online Return Form and deliver your return to any N&J store following the stated times and instructions.

What do I do if the original packaging is unusable?

Returns can be accepted only if they come in their original packaging. Should this package be unusable, you may replace it with a box the same size and thickness.

When will I receive the refund?

After the N&J Online Store receives your return and confirms that the Return Policy requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your refund has been processed. Refund times depend on the credit card company’s policies. Remember that original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The refund will correspond to the final price of the items you have decided to return, less a $5.00 processing fee per order.

What is the Wish List and how does it work?

Registered users can save their favorite products by adding them to the Wish List. To add a new product, just click on the Add to Wish List link in the selected Product Page after you have chosen the color and size.

Please remember that adding a product to the Wish List does not mean reserving the item. Other customers may purchase the same product before you, and therefore the item could be sold out before you decide to order it.

For this reason, the N&J Online Store offers you the possibility of receiving an e-mail warning when there is only one left of an item you have added to your Wish List in the selected size and color combination.

The availability of items is regularly updated every hour. If you do not wish to be alerted, you may deselect the specific check box for the products you add to your Wish List.

What is the Address Book and how does it work?

In My Account, you can add new addresses to your Address Book, as well as view the ones you have already saved. If you log in before placing your order, once you reach the Shipping Address Page you may select any address you had previously saved.

When adding a new address you will be requested to specify if it is your primary address: the primary address is the one which automatically appears in your Shopping Bag when you are asked to enter a shipping address for your order. You can change it at any time by visiting My Account and clicking on your Address Book.

Newsletter

What is the Newsletter?
p>The Newsletter contains information and news regarding the N&J Online Store. It is e-mailed regularly to our subscribers.

You may subscribe to this service, without having to become a registered user, through the Newsletter link at the bottom of all pages of the website. Customers who decide to register with the N&J Online Store can also subscribe to the Newsletter by accepting the first term of the Privacy Policy at the bottom of the Registration Page.
